Licensing Agreement

Use the samples and MIDI from any Beat It AT pack in new music you create, and release that music commercially. No royalties, splits, or clearance fees are owed to Beat It AT. This includes:

• Beats and songs you produce and release yourself
• Records with independent artists
• Records with major artists and major labels
• Streaming, downloads, and physical releases
• Sync placements in film, TV, ads, and games
• Beat leases and exclusive beat sales

Lease beats made with our samples or MIDI, or sell them as exclusives, on any platform. There is no split on beat sales.

Placements with a major label are royalty-free too. You do not need clearance or approval, and Beat It AT takes no publishing, mechanicals, points, or advance fees.

We do ask for a heads-up: if a record using our sounds is placed with a major label, let us know at Help@beatitat.com with the subject line "Placement". The notice is all we ask; it creates no split, fee, or approval step.

Credit is appreciated but not required. If you would like to credit us, use either format:

Royalty-free covers music you make with our sounds. It does not cover the sounds themselves:

• Redistributing, reselling, sharing, or repackaging the raw samples, loops, or MIDI files, on their own or in another sample pack, kit, or library
• Registering the raw samples, loops, or MIDI on their own with YouTube Content ID or a similar system
• Claiming ownership of the original copyright in the sounds; a purchase grants a license to use them, not ownership

Songs and beats you make with the sounds are yours. You can release them and register those finished records, including with Content ID.
