This includes releases with both indie and major artists, rappers, singers, recording artists, etc.

If you place a record with a Major Label using the sample(s) in this kit, you agree to splitting the publishing, mechanicals, points & advance fees with me.

Beats:
Any free-download beat is only for listening and testing purposes. Uploading songs with unpurchased licenses is prohibited, and the artist/uploader isn’t entitled to any revenues from their song until a lease is purchased.
Beat leases vary in restrictions based on prices.
Performing leases allow 5,000 unit sales, streaming sales (up to 5,000 units), able to broadcast music via Radio.
Unlimited leases allow unlimited unit sales, streaming sales (unlimited), unlimited music videos and unlimited Radio broadcasting.
Beat It AT P&P holds the rights to continue selling a beat’s lease until the exclusive is bought.
Exclusive leases must be negotiated with Beat It AT staff, each lease, and beat deal is subjected to change based on various circumstances of negotiation. Public Beats available for listed price on Beats page. Beat prices are subjected to change at any time, however, Beat It AT will never have you pay more for a beat that you have already purchased, all sales are final.
As for placements with recording label signed artists and or major labels, all samples/beats must be cleared with the owner of said beat / Beat It AT before seeking profit. An Exclusive Rights Agreement will need to be agreed upon before artist/user can earn revenue from Beat It AT Productions’ works.
All sales are non-refundable due to digital piracy and protection of Beat It AT Production & Publishing LLC’s assets.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to read and understand Beat It AT’s beat contracts which are emailed out whenever a beat is ordered or purchased.
